Tropical Storm Dexter Update
As of 8:00 PM EDT, Tropical Storm Dexter remains active in the open Atlantic. It poses no immediate threat to land, but gradual strengthening is possible over the next couple of days.
- š Location: Approximately 860 miles east of the Leeward Islands
- š¬ļø Maximum Sustained Winds: 50 mph
- š Movement: West-northwest at 14 mph
- š® Forecast Outlook: Slight strengthening expected; staying well offshore
š Other Tropical Systems
The National Hurricane Center is monitoring two additional disturbances in the Atlantic.
ā”ļø Neither system is expected to impact land within the next several days.
