WHAT: Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue. Agricultural land along the river is flooding, with the river expected to remain above flood stage for several more days.

WHERE: The Mississippi River at Burlington, impacting Hancock, Lee, Henderson, and Des Moines counties. A separate warning continues for the river at Gladstone Lock and Dam 18.

WHEN: Issued Thursday evening, September 24; in effect until Friday evening.
