WHAT: Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue through Saturday morning. At current levels, water is affecting residences near the U.S. 61 bridge area. The river stage was running well above 22 feet Thursday evening.

WHERE: The Iowa River at Wapello, affecting Louisa County. A separate warning continues for the river near Oakville in the same county.

WHEN: Issued Thursday evening, September 24; in effect until Saturday morning.
