WHAT: Minor flooding is occurring and forecasters expect it to continue. River levels remain above flood stage near the Decatur gauge.
WHERE: The Saint Marys River near Decatur, impacting Adams, Allen, and Van Wert counties. A companion warning covers the Wabash River near Linn Grove in Adams and Wells counties.
WHEN: Issued Thursday evening, September 24; in effect until Saturday, September 26.

WHAT TO DO: Turn around, don't drown. Avoid driving through water-covered roads and never go around barricades. Floodwaters can hide washed-out pavement. Stay alert at night when flooded areas are hardest to see, and keep away from swollen riverbanks.
