🚨 HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR AURORA & CHICAGOLAND AREA
TNW News LLC has issued an early operational Heat Advisory for Aurora, Illinois, and the Chicagoland area. While the National Weather Service plans to put the official advisory into effect starting Wednesday, TNW News is activating this alert a day and a half earlier due to current dangerous RealFeel temperatures nearing 101°F.
If you fall into any of the following categories, avoid being outside:
Today’s conditions are dangerous. The air temperature is approaching 100°F, with a RealFeel of 101°F or higher. Extended outdoor activity could lead to heat exhaustion or heat stroke, particularly for vulnerable groups.
