SITUATION SUMMARY
TROPICAL STORM BORIS (MEXICO COAST):
Status: Imminent landfall.
Hazard: High risk of flash flooding and landslides. Immediate execution of the "Ever-Drill" evacuation protocol is required.
TROPICAL DEPRESSION THREE-E (CENTRAL AMERICA):
Status: Developing, moving North.
Hazard: Persistent heavy rainfall with a risk of flooding and soil saturation in Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala.
