NATIONAL FORECAST: Coastal flood warnings continue for the Florida East Coast and the Florida Keys, and for San Diego and Orange County in California. Flood warnings are also in effect in parts of Colorado, Texas, Utah, and Florida. No flash flood warnings are active at midday.

HURRICANE CENTER: The Atlantic is quiet — the National Hurricane Center reports no active tropical cyclones and no formation expected over the next seven days. In the Eastern Pacific, Tropical Storm Vance continues to weaken and poses no threat to the United States.
