A severe thunderstorm was located near Fairpoint at 5:42 PM MDT, about 40 miles southwest of Faith, and it is moving east at 25 mph. Radar indicates the storm is producing 60 mph wind gusts and half-dollar-size hail. The warning covers Fairpoint, Stoneville, Red Owl, Opal, and White Owl.

**Local impacts:**

- Hail damage to vehicles is expected.

- Wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees is likely.

- Half-dollar-size hail and gusts up to 60 mph can break branches and damage exposed property.
