Slow-moving thunderstorms have already dropped 1 to 1.5 inches of rain, and another inch is possible before the morning is done. Flash flooding is happening right now across low-lying roads and drainage areas. **Local impacts:** Expect water over small creeks and streams, highways, city streets, and underpasses, plus spots with poor drainage.
