What is happening: At 10:26 AM CDT, Doppler radar showed thunderstorms dropping heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is happening now or will begin shortly. An additional one to two inches of rain is possible through early this afternoon.

Local impacts: Flooding is a threat to small creeks and streams, city streets, highways and underpasses, and any low-lying or poor-drainage areas.
